All the applicants for visa are required to have an Invitation Letter from the Chinese authority. The organizers will coordinate and forward the information of the application to the Chinese authorities for issuing the Invitation Letter, which will be ready within 7 days, and presente to your company by fax or express mail.

Please return the typewritten form to us together with the copy of your passport before the deadline (August 28th, 2009).

Attention:Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.
