Other costs you may need to consider:
– Travel & Accommodation
– Booth decoration (if you book a raw space)
– Interpreters (budget ~ US$150 per day)

An additional fee is applied for each stand with more than one wall open :
2 walls open : 2,500 CNY

Open booth (“Island”) : 10,000 CNY

If you select a booth in the CMO Area, you need to buy for 10,000 CNY or more of advertising products.

The earlier the better! The most desirable exhibit spaces are booked quickly, and space in halls is limited. So, book as early as possible to guarantee the best location for your business. For more information please contact us at +86 21 6195 6016 or use the form here.

Travel & Accommodation

As exhibitors, you will be able to apply for Chinese visa in the exhibitor online service center. You also can contact your Pet Fair Asia sales representative. Do not use the visitor visa application form if you are an exhibitor.

We have negotiated special hotel rates for Pet Fair Asia participants. You can contact our travel agent partner here.

Exhibition Preparation

Although more and more Chinese businessmen now communicate in English, it is strongly recommended to prepare collaterals (brochures, posters, etc.) in Chinese to facilitate communication with the numerous potential buyers you will meet during the show.
Hiring an interpreter is also recommended. This service can be ordered via the organizer for a moderate cost by completing and submitting the corresponding form in the online exhibitor manual.
